Mrs. Sheeba Tom is the Managing Director of GAIC & co-founder and Executive Director of Guardian Angel Homecare. A member of the Board of Directors of Guardian Angel Homecare, Sheeba has been in the leadership team of the company since inception in 2012.

A professionally qualified teacher, Sheeba oversees the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the Organization. Being a teacher, she actively participates in training the aspiring caregivers and nurses with the right mix of Love, Care and Respect, which are the core values of Guardian Angel.

Sheeba is a Post-graduate in Mathematics and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.

Mr. Tom George is the Director of GAIC and Founder & Managing Director of Guardian Angel Homecare and member of its Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Guardian Angel Homecare has managed to redefine home healthcare delivery in Kerala which until then was largely unorganized into a recognized organized service that caters to a growing social need in the society. He has managed to spearhead Guardian Angel Homecare from a fledgling start up to an industry leader in quality homecare.

Tom’s experience also includes time as Project Executive – IBM India; Manager – Ernst & Young, Oman and Senior Project Manager- Satyam Computer Services (now Tech Mahindra).

Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and is a post-graduate in Management. After over 20 years of rich business consulting experience in India and abroad, he decided to call it quits and in 2012, started a passionate entrepreneurial journey in home healthcare to make a qualitative difference in the lives of the sick and the elderly.

Varghese George is Director of GAIC & Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Guardian Angel Homecare. He has been in the leadership team of the company since 2014 and has been a pillar of strength and support for the organisation during its formative years.

With over three decades of managerial experience both in India and abroad, George brings along the wisdom gained over those years working in Tea/ Coffee plantations in India and in the Banking sector in the Middle East at various capacities. After 26 years in the Middle East, he returned to homeland and later joined Guardian Angel Homecare.

As Executive Director, George leads the Technology adoption and Quality initiatives of the company. George is a graduate from Kerala University.

Thomas has over three decades of work experience, mostly in business advisory and consulting services including a big 4 accounting and consulting firm. He has worked in Africa, USA and SE Asia, in senior management roles. He has also mentored and advised startups in Kerala.

He also does corporate restructuring, improving processes and services.

Thomas has an MBA from the University of Bridgeport, USA and a Graduate from Kerala University.

Dr.Shobana Lakshmi, with over 40+ years of Clinical Practice is specially trained in Pain & Palliative Care and has vast experience in Palliative Care.

In her illustrious career as a Medical Practitioner, Dr.Sobha has worked in various hospitals and has been a Medical Officer in some of the large industrial units in Kerala. She has joined Guardian Angel Homecare, after heading the Homecare department of Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi for the last 9 years.

With her passion for Homecare and enormous amount of energy, Dr.Sobha loves reaching out to her patients and meeting them at their homes.

Dr.Sobha did her MBBS from Calicut Medical College and has undergone training in Pain and Palliative Care from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi.

Starting medical training in 1985 and practicing medicine since 1990, Dr. Boby Cherian brings drive, compassion and knowledge to Guardian Angel Healthcare's, mission and vision. Dr. Boby is an academician, researcher and a compassionate physician. For the past 31 years, Dr. Boby has practiced in hospitals, in-patient clinics and out-patient clinics in the area of general / internal, cardiology, dermatology, venereology, geriatric, community, medicine. Over his, very active career, Dr. Boby has practiced medicine in numerous States in India, in United Kingdom and Kuwait. Dr. Boby holds M.B.B.S., from India, M.D., in General / Internal Medicine and M.R.C.P. from United Kingdom. He has served as Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at KMC Mangalore and as Consultant Cardiologist at Dabbous Cardiac Centre & Clinical Cardiology Tutor at Kuwait University. Presently he heads International Patient Care & Health Check Up at Apollo Hospitals, Kochi, where he moved in January 2022 from Ernakulam Medical Centre where he worked as Consultant in Internal Medicine. Ever the student that Dr. Boby is, he has numerous certifications from world-renowned universities such as Johns Hopkins University, The Mayo Clinic, European Society of Cardiology etc., Over the course of his academic and professional career, Dr. Boby has authored numerous scientific publications in peer-reviewed academic journals and has been a featured speaker on medical topics on innumerable occasions.

Adv. Mohanan V, is a legal professional with over 30 years of experience in legal , Administrative and financial sectors. Adv. Mohanan V started his career in the year 1988 at Thiruvananthapuram, when he joined the Administration Wing of the Kerala University. After two years, he joined Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). Since then, he has served for more than 30 years in Cochin University of Science and Technology in various capacities including as Private Secretary to Vice-Chancellor, Joint Registrar in Finance Wing and Examination Wing and is well versed in University Act, Statutes and other office procedures.

He has worked in almost all areas of administration in CUSAT viz., finance, planning, examinations, legal sections etc He retired from the University Service in 2021 and started practicing law after his retirement.

Ad. Mohanan V holds a undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Economics as well as a degree in Law

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), CS. Vincent has an experience of 31 years in handling secretarial, legal and internal audit functions. CS. Vincent is a Law Graduate and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration as well. His association with different corporates, both in the public as well as private sector during his long and productive career as a Company Secretary in employment has endowed him with remarkable experience in handling compliances under SEBI, listing requirements under Listing Agreement of Stock Exchanges, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, BIFR matters, Foreign Collaboration Agreements, Joint Ventures, Foreign Direct Investments and other issues under the Forex Laws.

Presently, Corporate Restructuring and Due Diligence are his areas of focus. CS. Vincent has also been a teaching faculty for over 15 years at the Kochi Chapter of ICSI and ICAI (CMA).

CS. Vincent has attended the intensive training programs on Diligence Reports for Banks organized by the ICSI and has successfully completed Company Directorship Course conducted by Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance.

Currently, CS Vincent is the Managing Partner at SVJS & Associates, a leading Company Secretaries’ firm in Kochi, India.

Advocate G Ajith, is a legal professional with over 25 years’ experience in Legal, Administration, Contract Management & Project Management in India and Middle East.

Adv Ajith’s knowledge on legal, contract and corporate matters were gained during long years of association with Multinational companies in India, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He was involved in various capacities in prestigious Riyadh and Qatar Metro Projects. Ajith is currently practicing at High Court of Kerala as well as District courts at Alappuzha District in Kerala, India and a legal consultant for corporates.

Adv. Ajith graduated in Commerce from Kerala University and then proceeded to pursue his Bachelor’s in Law from Kerala University.
