Mrs. Sheeba Tom

Managing Director

Mrs. Sheeba Tom is the Managing Director of GAIC & co-founder and Executive Director of Guardian Angel Homecare. A member of the Board of Directors of Guardian Angel Homecare, Sheeba has been in the leadership team of the company since inception in 2012.

A professionally qualified teacher, Sheeba oversees the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the Organization. Being a teacher, she actively participates in training the aspiring caregivers and nurses with the right mix of Love, Care and Respect, which are the core values of Guardian Angel.

Sheeba is a Post-graduate in Mathematics and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.



Mr. Tom George

Managing Director

Mr. Tom George is the Director of GAIC and Founder & Managing Director of Guardian Angel Homecare and member of its Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Guardian Angel Homecare has managed to redefine home healthcare delivery in Kerala which until then was largely unorganized into a recognized organized service that caters to a growing social need in the society. He has managed to spearhead Guardian Angel Homecare from a fledgling start up to an industry leader in quality homecare.

Tom’s experience also includes time as Project Executive – IBM India; Manager – Ernst & Young, Oman and Senior Project Manager- Satyam Computer Services (now Tech Mahindra).

Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and is a post-graduate in Management. After over 20 years of rich business consulting experience in India and abroad, he decided to call it quits and in 2012, started a passionate entrepreneurial journey in home healthcare to make a qualitative difference in the lives of the sick and the elderly.



Mr. Varghese George

Director

Varghese George is Director of GAIC & Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Guardian Angel Homecare. He has been in the leadership team of the company since 2014 and has been a pillar of strength and support for the organization during its formative years.

With over three decades of managerial experience both in India and abroad, George brings along the wisdom gained over those years working in Tea/ Coffee plantations in India and in the Banking sector in the Middle East at various capacities. After 26 years in the Middle East, he returned to homeland and later joined Guardian Angel Homecare.

As Executive Director, George leads the Technology adoption and Quality initiatives of the company. George is a graduate from Kerala University.



Thomas Thomas

Director

Thomas has over three decades of work experience, mostly in business advisory and consulting services including a big 4 accounting and consulting firm. He has worked in Africa, USA and SE Asia, in senior management roles. He has also mentored and advised startups in Kerala.

He also does corporate restructuring, improving processes and services.

Thomas has an MBA from the University of Bridgeport, USA and a Graduate from Kerala University.
