Setup and running of Homecare and Home Healthcare Organizations and Care Homes:

Our parent organization, Guardian Angel Homecare (www.gahc.co.in) has been a pioneer in the business of home healthcare services in India and has been successfully operating for the past 10 years. With our experience and insight as well as our training we believe we can provide the right skill and knowledge to help you in setting up and running of homecare, home healthcare and/or care homes. Our team of out of hospital healthcare experts are here to help in setting up your dream project. Our assistance would be in helping you choose what area(s) you would like to be in, be it Homecare, Home Healthcare, Assisted Living Facilities, Care Homes, Independent senior citizen facilities or Adult Day Care Centers. We assist in different aspects of setting up or running of your care business be it in the layout and requirements, for rooms, or experience level of care givers for each type of home etc.

Career & Placements services:

For Students: We provide placement to graduates from our Programmes with GAHC as well as other reputed clients be they hospitals, care-homes or other institutions that require our skilled graduates. This is done only from within our pool of graduates from the programmes that we offer. This service is open for our alumni as well. We offer a wide range of career opportunities for our students depending on the course taken and desires of the students. Opportunities are both domestic and overseas

1) For Corporates/Partners: We place our students with our partners. The institute is continuously seeking new corporate relationships and we offer numerous ways to partner with us including internships and regular employment. Our services include custom training specific to client requirements and ensuring the students are job ready once they graduate from GAIC. For our partners we assist in the selection procedure for their requirements. Typically, this include:

Pre-placement talk,
scanning of education qualification,
Identification and shortlisting of candidates,
conducting written tests, technical Interview,
Conduct Skill Assessment Tests (SAT) and provide confidential report to prospective clients.
Interview facilitation for prospective client through Video Conference

Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving assists organizations that are hiring candidates from India in the field of Caregiving and Nursing, in their hiring process to ensure that the candidate has requisite skill and expertise that he/she claims. Unlike recruitment agencies, GAIC acts as an extended arm of the hiring organization.

Research:

The Research cell of Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving is proactive in promoting research culture among its faculty and students. The cell wishes to promote research and publications in all aspects of Gerontology. The cell invites the study of all the physical, the mental and social changes in people as they age.

The resulting findings would help in the application of this knowledge to drafting recommendations and assisting in the implementation of policies and programmes
